Shipping Information
We are committed to delivering your pet's food promptly and securely. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times vary based on your location, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Latvia. We are exploring options to expand our shipping services internationally and will update our policy accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your pet's food, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at orders@qpet.lv to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Please securely package the item and ship it back to us using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange the product for another item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The returned item must meet the conditions mentioned above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food products. If you have concerns about the product, please contact us before opening it.
